Hughes:O'Hanlon Architects was appointed by a Registered Social Landlord at RIBA Stage 0 to explore options for a 22-unit apartment block on a brownfield site in north Wales.
Tasked with conducting an initial massing exercise, prior to further development through to Planning and implementation, designs progressed through an options appraisal to explore suitable responses to the terrain of the steeply sloping urban site.
