Manufacturing Facility, Gloucester
With an established manufacturing base on Gloucester Business Park, G-TEKT Europe Manufacturing Ltd (G-TEM) identified the need to further expand their premises to meet continued and increased demand.
The new 6,000m². Phase Two extension will build on the original 11,500 m² Phase One Press, Weld and Dispatch building completed in 2018.
Building on our long term personal relationship with Takenaka Europe GmbH team in London, Hughes:O’Hanlon Architects was appointed to assist in the delivery of this important project.
The extended building provides significantly increased manufacturing and distribution space and is designed to closely follow the form and function of the original building.
Externally the on-site logistics will be similarly extended with biodiversity improvements included to enhance the area to the rear of the site.
